Exchange and Refund Policy

At ZEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please read our policy below:

Exchanges

Eligibility: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are permitted for the same product, subject to availability.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in good condition, unused, and with the original tags attached. Please ensure that no perfume or scents have been used on the item.
Exchange Process: If the desired size is unavailable, a refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Exchange Fee: A courier fee of AED 20 will be charged for the pickup of the exchanged item. Please note that an item can only be exchanged once.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is damaged.
  • The item is out of stock for an exchange.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be in good condition, unused, and with the original tags attached.
Courier Fee Deduction: If a refund is issued due to size unavailability for an exchange, a courier fee of AED 20 will be deducted from the refund amount.
